IQ and IQM series multi-rotating intelligent electric actuators are driven by three-phase servo motors, which drive the hollow output shaft to rotate through worm gears and worm gears. In the reducer, there is a manual/automatic switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the operating handwheel drives the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch. Compared with the position signal of valve position sensor, the output axis of the actuator is positioned relative to the input signal to complete positioning control, and can also be controlled according to interlocking. The two-wire control or event signal is located in the pre-set position of the control system. Unless the output shaft torque value of the actuator is greater than the rated torque value or the set torque value occurs during operation, the intelligent controller of the actuator will meet the requirements of the control system, generate correct instructions and trigger three-phase solid-state relay. The motor is connected with three-phase power supply to drive the normal operation of the actuator.
